Shipping Fees
The product price includes standard shipping to eligible destinations. Standard shipping is free within Japan and to eligible international destinations. At checkout, shipping availability and applicable shipping methods will be displayed according to the delivery address.
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges may be incurred depending on the shipping route and the decisions of customs authorities in each country or region. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Additional Charges Other Than the Product Price
There are generally no additional charges other than the product price. However, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges may apply to international shipments.
Delivery Time
After an order is placed, production takes 2–5 business days. Shipping then takes approximately:
- Japan: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination

Returns Period
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only when there is a product quality issue. Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns due to size selection or personal preference.

If a product quality issue is confirmed, we will provide either a full refund or a replacement. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
