Welcome to OODREY.
For purposes of these Terms of Service, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to OODREY. We operate this store and website using Shopify’s ecommerce platform and provide products, information, content, features, order processing, payment, shipping, and related services.
These Terms of Service establish the conditions that apply when you use the Service or purchase products. They contain important provisions concerning disclaimers, limitations of liability, intellectual property, returns and refunds, shipping, and other matters. Please review them before using the Service.
By browsing or using the Service, or by purchasing a product, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies that we publish through the Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or our other policies, please refrain from using the Service or purchasing products.
SECTION 1 — TERMS OF USE AND ACCOUNTS
To use the Service or purchase products, you must have reached the age at which you are legally permitted to enter into a contract under the laws of your country or region of residence. Minors may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or other legal guardian.
When using the Service, purchasing products, making payments, arranging delivery, or contacting us, you may be asked to provide your name, email address, billing information, shipping information, payment information, and other necessary information. You represent that all information provided to us is accurate, current, and complete.
If you create an account, you must appropriately safeguard your login credentials and must not disclose, lend, transfer, or sell them to any third party. You are responsible for managing all activity conducted through your account.
SECTION 2 — PRODUCT INFORMATION AND DISPLAY
We endeavor to display product information, images, descriptions, prices, estimated delivery times, and other information on the Service as accurately as possible.
However, product colors, textures, and appearance may differ from the actual product depending on photography conditions, the device you use, monitor settings, browser environment, and other factors.
Because our products are made to order, minor variations in print placement, color, or finish may occur during the manufacturing process. Such minor variations do not constitute product defects.
Product descriptions, specifications, prices, terms of sale, sales regions, availability, and other information may be changed without prior notice. We may discontinue a product or limit sales quantities, sales regions, or the acceptance of orders.
If a product has an evident defect, damage, shipping error, or other quality issue, we will respond in accordance with our Refund Policy.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS AND PURCHASES
When you submit an order through the Service, you are making an offer to purchase the applicable products from us. We may be unable to accept an order depending on its details, payment status, delivery information, eligible sales regions, product availability, manufacturing availability, or other circumstances.
A sales contract between you and us is formed when we accept the order and send you an order-confirmation email.
Our products are made to order. Once an order is confirmed, Printful begins arranging production. Therefore, we may be unable to accept customer-requested cancellations, changes, returns, or exchanges. Before placing an order, please carefully verify the product, size, color, quantity, delivery address, and payment information.
If we cannot accept an order, or if its details must be confirmed, changed, or canceled, we may contact you using the email address or other contact information provided with the order.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You agree that products are purchased for personal or household use and will not be purchased for commercial resale without our prior consent.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions may be changed without prior notice. The applicable product price is the price displayed in the online store when you place your order.
Unless otherwise stated, product prices in our store include consumption tax and standard shipping. Your order details and total payment amount will be displayed at checkout and in the order-confirmation email.
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges may be incurred depending on the shipping route and decisions made by customs authorities in the applicable country or region. These charges are not included in the product price and are the customer’s responsibility.
We may offer campaigns, discounts, or promotions from time to time. Separate terms may apply to a promotion. If the promotional terms conflict with these Terms of Service, the promotional terms will take precedence.
You agree to provide accurate and current purchasing, payment, shipping, and contact information for all purchases made through our store. Incorrect information may result in delivery delays, non-delivery, or delays in order processing.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided, that the payment information is accurate, and that you will pay the total amount displayed when the order is placed.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All of our products are made to order. After an order is placed, the product is manufactured by Printful and shipped after production is completed.
Estimated production and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. All delivery dates are estimates only. Delivery may be delayed by busy periods, weather conditions, carrier circumstances, customs procedures, the delivery destination, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If a tracking number is issued after shipment, it will be sent to the email address registered with the order.
If a product is returned, lost, or undeliverable because of an incorrect delivery address, the recipient’s absence, refusal to accept delivery, an extended absence, or another circumstance attributable to the customer, we may require the customer to pay reshipping or other additional costs.
If your product does not arrive, arrives damaged, or differs from what you ordered, please contact us promptly. We will investigate the delivery status and respond in accordance with our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Content, product designs, trademarks, logos, images, text, graphics, and other materials published or displayed through the Service are protected by Japanese and international intellectual-property laws.
You may use the Service for personal and non-commercial purposes. However, without our prior written permission, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, modify, adapt, create derivative uses of, publicly transmit, publish, download, store, or otherwise use materials from the Service.
Except where expressly stated in these Terms, these Terms do not grant you any license or other right concerning trademarks, copyrights, patents, or other intellectual-property rights owned by OODREY, Shopify, or any third party.
The OODREY name, logo, product names, service names, designs, and slogans belong to OODREY or their respective lawful owners. They may not be used without OODREY’s prior written permission.
Shopify’s name, logo, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. Other names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans displayed through the Service belong to their respective owners.
SECTION 7 — OPTIONAL TOOLS
The Service may use features or tools provided by Shopify, payment services, shipping and fulfillment services, and other third-party services.
These third-party services and tools are provided subject to the terms established by their respective providers. We do not control or guarantee all aspects of their content, operation, continued availability, or security.
If you use third-party services or tools, you do so at your own discretion and responsibility. Please review the applicable provider’s terms of service and privacy policy when necessary.
We may add new features, tools, or related services to the Service in the future. Any such additional features will also be subject to these Terms of Service.
SECTION 8 — LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Service may contain links to websites, services, or content operated by parties other than us.
We do not control or guarantee the content, accuracy, security, terms of use, privacy policies, or other aspects of third-party websites or services. You use third-party websites and services at your own discretion and responsibility.
We are not responsible for transactions, product purchases, use of services, or related problems occurring through third-party websites or services. Before using them, please review the applicable terms of service, privacy policies, and return and refund conditions.
Questions, complaints, or claims concerning third-party products or services should be directed to the applicable third-party provider.
SECTION 9 — OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
The Service is operated using Shopify’s ecommerce platform, which enables us to provide online-store functionality to customers.
However, product sales and sales contracts made through the Service are between OODREY and the customer. Shopify is not the seller of products offered through our store.
You understand that OODREY is responsible for matters concerning purchases, transactions, delivery, returns, refunds, product inquiries, and other matters relating to our store.
To the extent permitted by law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for sales contracts, products, services, delivery, returns, refunds, or other transactions between you and OODREY.
SECTION 10 — PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information that we collect or use through the Service is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Because the Service is operated using Shopify’s ecommerce platform, certain personal information may also be subject to Shopify’s privacy policies.

The Service is hosted by Shopify. Shopify may therefore collect and process information concerning your access to and use of the Service for purposes including service provision, payments, order processing, security, and service improvement.
Information you enter or submit through the Service may be transmitted or shared with Shopify, Printful, payment services, shipping-related services, and other third-party services to the extent necessary for order processing, payments, delivery, customer support, and the provision of the Service.

We endeavor to provide product information, images, descriptions, prices, estimated delivery times, availability, and other information through the Service as accurately as possible. However, the displayed information may contain errors, changes, omissions, or minor differences from the actual product.
Product images may appear different from the actual product in color or texture because of photography conditions, display devices, monitor settings, or other factors. Because products are made to order, minor variations in print placement, color, or finish may also occur during manufacturing.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. All or part of the Service may become temporarily unavailable because of system failures, communications conditions, third-party services, maintenance, or other circumstances.
Except as expressly provided in these Terms, our Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy, or other conditions stated by us, we make no warranties regarding the Service or products beyond those required by applicable law.
SECTION 16 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability for losses arising in connection with use of the Service or the purchase of products will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Even where we are liable, our liability is limited to ordinary and direct losses. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from special circumstances, lost profits, indirect losses, incidental losses, or consequential losses.
Product defects, damage, shipping errors, and other quality issues will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
We will make reasonable efforts to respond to failures, delays, interruptions, specification changes, or other issues attributable to Shopify, Printful, payment services, shipping companies, or other third-party services. However, to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control.
SECTION 17 — INDEMNIFICATION
If we suffer losses because you violate these Terms, violate any law, infringe a third party’s rights, misuse the Service, or engage in other conduct attributable to you, you must compensate us for the ordinary and direct losses incurred, to the extent permitted by law.
This provision does not apply to losses caused by our willful misconduct or negligence.
SECTION 18 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms, or any part of a provision, is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that determination will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
Any part determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable will be interpreted, to the extent permitted by law, as closely as possible to its original intent.
SECTION 19 — WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If we do not immediately exercise a right under these Terms, that does not constitute a waiver of the right.
These Terms, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and other policies published through the Service, constitute the agreement between you and us concerning use of the Service and the purchase of products.
If these Terms conflict with another policy, the specific conditions stated on the applicable product page, at checkout, in the Refund Policy, in the Shipping Policy, or in another specifically stated condition will take precedence.
SECTION 20 — ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign, transfer, or grant a security interest in your rights or obligations under these Terms to a third party without our prior consent.
We may transfer rights and obligations concerning the Service to a third party in connection with a business transfer, merger, reorganization, or similar event. In such a case, we will notify customers or make a public announcement by a reasonable method.
SECTION 21 — GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
If a dispute arises between you and us concerning the Service or these Terms, both parties will discuss the matter in good faith and endeavor to resolve it.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, the Japanese court having jurisdiction over our place of business will have exclusive agreed jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

The latest version of these Terms of Service will be published on this page.
We may modify these Terms when necessary. Revised Terms will become effective when published on this page or on another date separately specified by us.
If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by another reasonable method when appropriate.
By continuing to use the Service after the revised Terms become effective, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
