Shipping policy
All OODREY products are made to order. After an order is placed, the product is manufactured and shipped by Printful.
At this time, our products can be ordered only from Japan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, South Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, and Vietnam.
Estimated Production and Delivery Times
- Production: 2–5 business days
- Delivery within Japan: 3–7 business days after production is completed
- International delivery: 7–21 business days after production is completed, depending on the destination
Shipping
Products are shipped from the Printful production facility closest to the customer. Once your order has shipped, we will send the tracking number to you by email.
Important Information
- Delivery may be delayed during busy periods or due to weather conditions or customs procedures.
- Please make sure that your delivery address is entered accurately. We cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery caused by an incorrect address.
- For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges may be incurred depending on the shipping route and the decisions of customs authorities in each country or region. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
